The movie story deals with a Pakistani Archaeologist Dr. M. Alam Siddiqui after seeking permission from the Government of Pakistan starts researching about the hidden treasure of King Kanishka whose treasure map is hidden in an old box whose key is a Garuda Locket which was last seen in the research books of David, a British Archaeologist. His team lead by Siddiqui and Thilavar try hard to search the key as they find the box in an old market in Pakistan. Fate takes a reverse turn as a dreaded terrorist Sultan along with his men visit the Archaeology department. He coerces Siddiqui and takes the box away from him and make all the people his slaves till Siddiqui finds the treasure and hands over it to Sultan.

Synopsis:-
Welcome to the world of crime where bullets speak more than words. The story of the movie tells the meteoric rise of David Billa to the top of underworld. From an ordinary man, he went on to become the king of crime syndicate, killing all those who go against him. 
The movie begins with a flashback on his journey to the underworld. The civil war which broke out in Sri Lanka makes David Billa, who has lost his parents, to arrive at Rameshwaram as a refugee. It does not take much time for him to stand for what he believes is right for him. After getting in trouble with a cop, a plan is being devised to finish him off. But he escapes and kills them. 
However, Annachi aka Selvaraj (Ilavarasu) is impressed by his sincerity and his braveness, thereby becoming a stepping stone for Billa's entry to the crime world along with his trusted friend Ranjith (Yog Japee). On the other end, we are told about his unexpressed love with Jasmine (Parvathy Omanakuttan). 
In the next phase David Billa joins the team of drug mafia Abbasi (Sudhanshu Pandey). He wins the heart of Abbasi with his brilliance and fearless attitude but their friendship ends after Abbasi mistrust him and gets insecured of Billa's growth, fearing that he would be dangerous someday if his wings were not clipped. Confusions starts after Billa makes arms deal with Dimitri (Vidyut Jamal) without his consent. 
However, in the process, Billa is forced to kill Abbasi. The remaining part is the arrival of Billa's new enemies and how he becomes the king of underworld by ending the lives of his enemies. David Billa's words are as sharp as his bullets. He likes to be trusted and does anything for money. 
You are inviting trouble if you are against him and he can give you his life if you are his friend. The blood will be seen spilling on-screen throughout the movie and every few minutes you will hear the sound of bullets going through the bodies.

The movie opens with an unknown person killing Minister Rawat's brother Taxi Set and his henchmen thus saving three men. Rawat orders a CBI Officer to catch the criminal so that he may kill that killer. The scene shifts to Hyderabad where Cherry is a software engineer in CgTrix. He has an uncle named Jilebi, who unexpectedly runs into trouble and angers the local Don Gandi Babji. Cherry hatches a plan to save Jilebi from Babji and succeeds but falls for Babji's sister Madhu in the process. Though Madhu initially rejects him, after his act of saving children from a mafia don, she reciprocates his love. This angers Babji and he goes to kill him but gets shocked seeing Cherry assassinating the DGP of West Bengal. As fate would have it, at this point, the CBI Officer finds out that Cherry is responsible for the two murders, who is innocent in reality. With Jilebi, the CBI Officer goes to Kumbha Mela at Kasi to catch him. Meanwhile, when Rawat is offering holy rituals the CBI Officer catches Cherry and holds him. But the look-alike of Cherry, who killed Rawat's Brother, rises from the Ganges and hurts Rawat with a trident and injures all of his guards. As he is about to deliver a finishing Blow, the CBI Officer tases him and arrests him, exonerating Cherry. Then Cherry comes to know the story of his look-alike. Siddharth Naayak, goes to his sister's house in Kolkata to pursue higher education. He shares a strong bond of love and affection with his Sister, Brother-in-Law and his Sister-in-Law Nandini. Siddharth and Nandini are about to be married. Meanwhile his Brother-in-Law, who is a Doctor, attends a case of a minor effected with steroids by Rawat's second Brother Badvel and sent for prostitution. He complaints to the Police but is murdered by Badvel as the Police officer was his friend. Siddarth is unable to bear this and kills Badvel, thus becoming a sensational leader overnight. Soon he seizes each and every property of Rawat and distributes it to the public. Rawat then kills the Minister, blames Siddharth for it, stabs him with a knife and throws him into the Ganges. Rawat becomes the Minister within a week and Siddharth survives, planning to kill Rawat.Cherry, after reading about his story, decides to help him. Cherry along with Jilebi goes to the CBI Jail where Siddharth is kept under custody. He introduces himself, and hatches a plan to get Siddharth exonerated. At the Court, since Siddharth admits that he committed the crime, the Judge orders to put Siddharth to death by passing Capital Punishment. But Cherry enters the court, admitting that he is Siddharth Naayak and the one standing there is his fan. Siddharth too tells the same that he is Siddharth and the one who entered the court is his fan. Thus due to confusion, the Judge orders to CBI to find out the real identities of the two persons in a span of 10 Days.

A sequel, X-Men: Apocalypse, is scheduled for release on May 27, 2016.
